Break Capacity and Normal Operation
1. Introduction
The
appliance couplers endurance test equipment designs to meet the test requirements of IEC60320-1:2015 clause 19
break capacity and clause 20 normal operation, for testing
connector and appliance outlet.
The number of working station can be customized as per user’s
requirement (that is depends on how many specimens that will be
tested at one time). The endurance test equipment uses the servo
motor to drive the slide rail assembly with clamps to do
reciprocating rectilinear movement, thereby completing the
insertion and extraction of connector/appliance outlet and
appliance inlet/plug connector. Using universal mounting fixture
(X, Y, Z three-axis adjustable) to hold the sample. And the test
speed, test times and power on-off time can be preset by 7 inch
touch screen,and controlled by PLC. The test apparatus adopts
workbench design, and equip with 4 casters to make the machine
moves easily.
Note: For testing standardized type of connector or appliance
inlet, counterpart appliance inlet or plug connector shall have
polished, hardened steel pins, and dimension as specified in the
relevant standard sheet. Pego can customize the endurance test
gauges. For testing non-standardized types, the counterpart as
specified by the manufacturer shall be used.
