Vertical Drip Test
1. Introduction
The IPX1 and
IPX2 Ingress Protection Testing Machine is designed and manufactured according to IEC60529, IEC60598-1,
GB4208, and GB7000.1 standards. It is suitable for the drip level
waterproof test of outdoor electrical and electronic products,
lighting products, and medical product shells. It is suitable for
certification and testing agencies and manufacturers to conduct
IPX1 and IPX2 waterproof inspections of products. This equipment
uses PLC control, and a 7-inch color touch screen displays,
controls, and sets the test program. Users can easily and simply
reach the test conditions. The equipment is equipped with a
precision glass rotor flowmeter, which controls the actual output
flow through manual adjustment.

4.1 What parts does the ipx1 and ipx2 ingress protection testing
machine consists of?

of the control system, frame, drip board, needles, turntable,
flowmeter and etc.
4.2 Will any replacement be deliveried together with the machine?
Pego: Yes, we have prepared extra 100pcs needle and one water
filter for the machine.
4.3 Does the ipx1 and ipx2 ingress protection testing device have
the air drying function?
Pego: Yes, the machine has the compressed air drying function.
After the test is completed, the excess water in the drip box can
be drained clean to avoid long-term accumulation of water and
scaling to block the pinholes. But user need to provide the
compressor themselves.
