IEC60529 Anti-Dust Test Chamber for IP5X and IP6X Tests

1. Introduction:

Dust chamber is for IP5X and IP6X testing as per IEC60529, the powder shall be able to pass through a square-meshed sieve the nominal wire diameter of which is 50μm and the nominal width of a gap between wires 75 μm.

IP5X test: the protection is satisfactory if the power has no accumulated in a quality which may interface the correct operation and cause harmful to equipment.

IP6X test: the protection is satisfactory if no deposit of dust is observable inside the enclosure at the end of the test

1). Applied for IP5X and IP6X dust-proof grade test.

2). The shell of the equipment adopts high quality steel, sprayed with stoving varnish.

3). The working chamber and sample rack are made of stainless steel

4). Transparent observation window made of toughened glass material, working chamber equipped with LED lighting

5). There is a dust-replaceable device at the bottom of the device, which can easily replace 100% of the used dust

6). 2KG talcum powder and a metal square-meshed sieve (nominal wire diameter 50μm and nominal width of a gap between wires 75μm) will be shipped together with the chamber, the talcum powder can be used for 20 times

1). What is the warranty period of the sand dustproof test chamber?
Answer: the equipment warranty is 12 months upon you receipt of the equipment

2). Can you provide third-lab calibration certificate?
Answer: Yes, the equipment can send to the third-labs authorized by ISO17025 and get the calibration certificate, but the buyer should undertake the charges.

3). Does the sand dustproof test chamber has English operation interface?
Answer: of course, yes, the operation interface has English instruction.

4). Your power plug can not be used in our country, can you change it for us?
Answer: yes, we will change the power plug to fit your demands, please subbmit this issue when you make order.
