1. Introduction:

Adjustable universal spring hammer is designed according to IEC62262 and IEC60068-2-75, and meet the requirement of IEC60068-2-63, IEC60598 and etc.. The universal spring hammer includes 6 IK levels: 0.14J (IK01), 0.2J (IK02), 0.35J (IK03), 0.5J (IK04), 0.7J (IK05), 1J (IK06). IK ratings are defined as IKXX, XX is a number from 00 to 10 which indicates the degrees of protection provided by enclosures against external mechanical impacts. it is suitable for outer casing, operating rod, handle, knob, indicator light, signal lamp and lampshade of household and similar electronic and electrical products and their accessories and similar equipment, to assess the safety performance and strength level of the product.

1). How can I adjustable the spring hammer?

Answer: The cocking knob of universal spring hammer is adjustable, user can adjust the impact energy from 0.14J to 1J.

2). Does the spring hammer test apparatus can pass the calibration of third-labs authorized by ISO17025?

Answer: Sure, the CNAS certifiate is available if nessary.

3). How can I operate the spring hammer?

Answer:

● Rotating the back cover, and switch to impact energy

● Fix the sample according to relative standard

● Choose the impact point

● Pull the handle of the hammer, meanwhile the hammer will be in state of readiness

● Contact with the sample surface vertically, and push the hammer to impact the sample.
