Compact goniophotometer is applied to test small LED lamps, like halogen lamp, cup lamp, spotlight, bulb lamp and etc., the test distance is optional, and the equipment do not need dark room due to it includes a dark chamber with light diaphragm. The test process is controlled by computer with software, the test method meets the requirement of CIE127 and IEC61341.

Answer: No, the equipment includes a dark chamber, user can use it directly.
